As an advocate, I will:

• meet with the grownup of the child who has or might need an IEP/504
• together, we work up a plan of needed services and accommodations to present to the IEP Team
• I make an agenda for you to share with the Team before the meeting
• I will attend the meeting with you and take notes
• I will type up the notes for you.
• I will help you understand the PWN (prior written notice) to see if all is agreed.
• I will help you continue communication with the school.
• I will work with you as your child’s IEP/504 changes
